Frustrated Graduate Sets Certificates Ablaze
LAGOS SEPTEMBER 27TH (NEWSRANGERS)-A dejected Katsina state graduate has shared a video of himself burning his school certificates, alongside his other documents.
The Katsina state graduate identified as Usman Abubakar has been unable to secure a job; or make money for himself since graduation.
According to reports on various Hausa Facebook pages; the frustrated young man tore all the certificates and set them ablaze because he was unable to secure a job since graduation.
Katsina is a Local Government Area and the state capital of Katsina State in northern Nigeria. Katsina is located some 260 kilometres east of the city of Sokoto as well as 135 kilometres northwest of Kano; close to the border with Niger. In 2016, Katsina’s estimated population was 429,000.
In related development, a Nigerian boy has taken to Instagram to share a video of himself; burning all his school certificates to ashes, out of frustration.
The angry lad expressed the fact that school is a major scam to him; and he will also only end up being a slave to a white man if he keeps on attaching his success to his school certificates.
Buttressing his point, the young lad mentioned Igbo men; and also the fact that most of them are making serious money in Nigeria; despite being uneducated.
Filming the burning certificates, he also slammed our leaders for neglecting the masses whom they were called to serve; and focusing on themselves.
