Jubilation As Appeal Court Saves Adam Oshiomhole
LAGOS MARCH 17TH (NEWSRANGERS)-It is a win-win for Adam Oshiomhole as Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered a stay of Execution of the judgement delivered by Justice Danlami Senchi of the FCT Court which ordered Adam Oshiomhole to step aside as the chairman of All Progressives Congress.
The judgement which was delivered after the President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari met with the Governors and key members of the party mandatory Pa Bisi Akande to use internal party mechanism to settle the dispute internally.
It was earlier reported that the Court of Appeal has adjourned the ruling indefinitely but few hours later the court of Appeal finally delivered the judgement and Order stay of Execution on the ruling delivered by FCT High Court.
There was wide jubilation in the camp of Adam oshiomhole as his supporters go enmass to celebrate the rulings of the Appeal Court
This ruling therefore means that the Storm is temporary over as the party faithful can concentrate Edo and Ondo state governorship election which will come up later this year
