Lagos Police Dispute Dapo Ojora, Saraki’s In-Law Suicidal Death, Confirm Some Arrest

LAGOS DECEMBER 14TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Lagos State Police Command has disputed earlier report on online  that Dr Bukola  Saraki’s In-Law, Dapo Ijora  committed suicide by shooting himself on his head in his house.

 Contrary to the earlier report,  the Lagos State Police Command has affirmed that all evidences that they gathered in the scene where the incident happened pointed to the fact that his death his death  t wasn’t accidental but a possible murder.

In a statement, the Spokesperson for the Command, Muyiwa Adejobi, urged the public to disregard speculations surrounding the death of the socialite and wait for the result of police findings.

Adejobi said, the Lagos State Police Command has commenced thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of  Dapo Ojora, a socialite and polo buff, who was alleged to have shot himself in the head on Friday, 11th December, 2020, in his Lagos residence.

He  disclosed that the command is already carrying out thorough investigation concerning the matter and that, some persons have been arrested including the house boy of the deceased.

Recalled that about two  days ago, it was made known in various news platforms online that the late Dapo Ojora, who happens to be the in-law of the former Nigeria senate president, Dr Bukola Saraki killed himself inside his house in Ikoyi by shooting a bullet into his head and that he did that due to the fact that his former wife Patricia, walked out of their marriage and all plans to reconcile with her didn’t work.
