Osun Governorship Appeal Panel To Deliver Judgement Tomorrow Thursday

LAGOS MAY 8TH (NEWSRANGERS)-The Court of Appeal panel hearing appeal filed by Osun State Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola against the judgement of 2018 Osun governorship election tribunal will deliver their judgement on Thursday May 9, 2019.
The appeal panel in April adopted address of APC, INEC and Senator Ademola Adeleke’s counter appeal.
The election tribunal had on March 22, 2019 declared PDP candidate for September 22, 2018 governorship poll as winner and directed INEC to withdraw Certificate of Return issued to Gboyega Oyetola.
Our correspondent reports that the court forwarded notice of judgement to legal team of all affected parties.
The sitting will hold at Appeal Court, Abuja, the federal capital Territory.
