Customs Investigative Officer, Okonmah Bags European- American University Honours Doctorate Degree

LAGOS JULY 9TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Custom Investigative Officer, Dr. (Chief) Steve Okonmah added another feather to his chains of achievements as he was honoured recently with Honours Doctorate Degree by the European-American University Commonwealth of Dominica African Regional Operations.
The institution, having fully studied Okonmah’s impressive work experience, achievements and outstanding roles in leadership it, therefore deemed it fit to confers on him the prestigious Award of Doctor of Science (D.Sc Hons) in National Resources Control, Security and Management, with all Rights and Privileges of the University.
The Award took place on the 6th of July, 2019 at CNIT Lome Togo, confederation Nationale Dos Travailleurs.
Dr. Steve Azukaego Okonmah who was born into the family of Chief James and Lolo Justina Okonmah of Ibusa in Oshimili North LGA of Delta State is a man of humility and diligence in security service.
He is an outstanding achiever and a hardcore paramilitary officer of great reckoning whose commitment to duty is typified by his resilience on achieving results, even in very difficult circumstances, has earned him the enviable position he now occupies in the present day of the Nigeria Customs Service hierarchy”
While growing up with his family in Ado-Ekiti the capital of Ekiti State as a young man, he attended various institutions among which was St. Thomas Teachers College, Pioneer Student Of College Education Agbor and Lagos State University where he graduated as a public Administrator.
He worked as a teacher in primary and secondary school before joining the Nigeria Customs Service in 1992. He has served in various units of the service ranging from Enforcement, Revenue to investigation. He became popular as a Public Relations Officer in various Commands of the Service.
In the course of the Service, Steve Azukaego is a recipient of more than two hundred Awards from different organizations, including a Honorary Doctorate Degree.
He is a philanthropist to the core and has impacted immensely in many lives immensely. He is a Christian, happily married and blessed with disciplined children.
