Strange Disease Kills Sixty Persons In Kano

LAGOS APRIL 21ST (NEWSRANGERS)-No fewer than 61 persons are confirmed dead by a yet-to-be-diagnosed disease in Kano State.

A Twitter user, who calls himself King of the North Muhammad Sanusi II raised the alarm on Sunday via his handle @MSII_dynasty.

According to him, just yesterday 43 people were buried in a single cemetery in Kano following which another 18 were also buried.

He tweeted, “Innalillahi Wa’inna Ilaihir Rajiun. Yesterday in Kano 43 people were buried in a single cemetery, this morning 18 have already been buried there. What could possibly be killing them? Allah ya kiyaye mu but clearly there’s more happening than the citizens know.

Another tweep, SoltanBabayo @soltan212, however, opined that the victims may have been killed by heat-related diseases.

He said,“For a mega city that houses millions in compacted spaces,expect high fatality with the advent of heat season. My opinion though. May Allah forgive them
