ANCLA: Incredible, Where Illegal Persons Sack Legal, Courts-Persons

Tony Iju

LAGOS JUNE 24TH (NEWSRANGERS)-Again, we need to be reminded that those the gods want to totally destroy, the gods first make them irretrievably mad.

Imagine those that have been restrained by Justice RilwanAikawa in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/921/2020, since 26th of August 2020, from parading themselves as National officers of ANLCA, or signing any documents on ANLCA’s behalf, are the same persons, ten months after the order, continuing to mindlessly violate the same order that was re-issued on the 9th of February 2021 by the same Justice RilwanAikawa himself.

Just imagine a Kayode Farinto, Mukaila Abdulazeez and Tony Iju, leading some equally deranged individuals masquerading as BOT members to hold an illegal NEC meeting, earlier scheduled for the National Secretariat on the 23rd of June 2021, for fear of being rounded up by law enforcement agencies, shifting same meeting venue to Marriot Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, where the previous day, the illegal BOT selected on the  16thof December 2020 in Owerri – Imo State, had their inaugural meeting to “elect” their chairman, who tactically excused himself from the illegality he was meant to participate in.

Tony Iju and his likes should note that no matter how far or how long they decide to run, the long arms of the law will eventually catch up with them. They are doing everything now to tell the world that they are still relevant, forgetting the fact that the temporary reprieve that came their way, via the nationwide JUSUN strike, will soon be over.

Original, CAC-registered Board of Trustees members of ANLCA are Prince Taiye Oyeniyi, High Chief Dennis Okafor, AlhajiTaiwo Mustapha, Chief Ernest Elochukwu and DayoAzeez

They are really never going to get any opportunity to settle in, to enjoy these illegalities being perpetrated on an unimaginable scale.

Mukaila, Kayode, Tony, Ennyman and Obiccee should be ready to pay dearly, one way or the other, for the pains they have inflicted on members of ANLCA over the course of thirty eight months now. The Tony Iju led team of nincompoops should stop disturbing the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

registered BOT from performing their functions as enshrined in the Supreme Constitution of ANLCA 2008 (as amended) and ordered by Justice Oguntoyinbo in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/599/2020.

The fake and dubious, so called BOT being propelled by Tony Iju should be aware that they have been restrained from parading themselves as BOT members by Justice Lewis-Allagoa in Suit No. FHC/KN/CS/79/2021, until the determination of the Motion on Notice.

Furthermore, if they claim that their BOT is firmly rooted in law, they should showcase it publicly, just as the certificate of the authentic BOT is on www.anlcaupdates.com for everyone to see. For all these unauthorized, illegitimate Interlopers going public to announce that “their” illegal NEC has expelled certain persons for anti-association activities without due diligence, smacks of gross irresponsibility and a violation of the fundamental human rights of those supposed to have been expelled, suspended or sacked, as enshrined in the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

It is preposterous for any sane person to carry out such illegal acts without courting the ire of law abiding members of the association and the general public.

Members affected and unaffected by the so called sack should view the current madness as one of the very many in the recent past, calculated to provoke the peace loving Western Zone members of ANLCA that have been under their heat for very many months now.

Obviously, all the rubbish being done now or before, will lead them nowhere, as they have been acting illegally all the way.
