Boko Haram Fighters Massacre Eleven Nigerian Soldiers


LAGOS AUGUST 11TH (NEWSRANGERS)-No fewer than 11 soldiers have been reportedly killed after suspected members of the Boko Haram sect invaded a military base on Wednesday in Malamfatori area of Abadam local government, Borno state.
A member of the civilian joint task force, who escaped the attack, Adamu Bamanga, told newsmen that the fighters came prepared in many cars and were armed with anti-aircraft guns.
He said they shot indiscriminately immediately they gained access into the Abadam town.
“Soldiers called for reinforcement, but the Boko Haram people had already taken over the town
“They came fully prepared and took the security forces here unaware. We also ran for cove,” he said.
